1. Introduction
This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which customers (“Customers”) may return and obtain refunds for products and services purchased from CyTheWorld (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through our online platform.
2. Scope of Policy
This Policy applies to all digital and physical products and travel planning services offered by the Company.
3. Digital Products
3.1. Finality of Sale: All sales of digital products, including but not limited to wall arts, digital planners, e-books, and courses, are final and non-refundable upon download.
3.2. Non-Returnable: Due to the intangible nature of digital products, returns are not feasible post-download.
3.3. Copyright Restrictions: Digital products are subject to copyright laws and are not permitted to be resold or redistributed by Customers.
4. Physical Products
4.1. Return Eligibility: Physical products such as shirts, mugs, and journals may be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
4.2. Condition for Return: To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
4.3. Refund Process: Refunds for physical products will be initiated upon successful return and inspection of items.
4.4. Compliance with Third-Party Policies: Our return policy for physical products is aligned with Printify’s policies and guidelines.
5. Travel Planning Services
5.1 Engagement Terms: We provide tailored travel planning services, functioning similarly to a freelance travel agency.
5.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery of travel planning services will be eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days but more than 3 days prior to the scheduled delivery of services will be eligible for a partial refund.
- No Refund: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled delivery of services, or after the delivery of the travel planning package.
5.3 Limitation of Liability:
- The Company acts as an intermediary in arranging travel accommodations, flights, and activities. As such, the Company is not responsible for any non-refundable expenses incurred by the Customer from third-party providers, such as airlines, hotels, or activity organizers, in the event of a cancellation.
- The Customer acknowledges that any cancellations of individual elements of a trip (such as flights, accommodations, or activities) are subject to the specific refund policies of the respective service providers
6. General Terms
6.1. Refund Initiation: Requests for refunds must be submitted through our designated refund request form.
6.2. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-7 business days.
6.3. Right of Refusal: The Company reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the conditions of this Policy are not satisfied.
7. Amendments
This Policy may be amended from time to time at the Company’s discretion. The amended Policy shall be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

9. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, United States of America. Disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the District of Columbia. This provision does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in any appropriate jurisdiction with respect to the violation of intellectual property rights.
